Lacrosse Rules

For the most up to date information regarding general rules of the game, please go to the US Lacrosse rules page.  While we play mostly by US Lacrosse rules, the NCLA (league that we play in) may adjust the rules slightly.  For the rules regulating how each of the NCJLA games is played, please see the Rules section of the NCJLA Operations Guide.
