Lacrosse Rules
Larosse like any other game has a set of rules. There are also different rules between the men's and women's game. Below are resources for the most up to date information regarding general rules of the game. While we play mostly by US Lacrosse rules, the Northern California Lacrosse Association (NCJLA) which is the league that we play in may adjust the rules slightly. The rules section of the NCJLA Operations Manual details the differences in the rules.
