Girl's Lacrosse
Girls Lacrosse 5th-8th Grade
The coaches of Folsom Girl’s Lacrosse aim to empower female youth athletes to be fearless, confident, and to reach their full potential in lacrosse and life. We are building strong, powerful, and kind young women in a club atmosphere that promotes the team, player safety, and improving the individual athlete.
Ages
Middle School Girl's
12U Girls - 5th and 6th grade
14U Girls - 7th and 8th grade
When
The season begins with evaluations in early to mid January and runs through late May.
Where
Practices and home games are held at either Livermore Park Field or John Kemp Park. Games may be played across the metro region.
Practices
Teams practice 2-3 times per week, in the evenings.
Games
Teams will play 12-18 games over the course of the season. Games will usually be held on Saturdays and Sundays with the occasional Friday night game.
Most games are local, but there is a possibility of going to the Bay Area for a game or two.
Uniforms
Club uniforms are required and may be purchased as part of player registration.

Welcome to registration for the 2026 season. We are fielding 12U (5th and 6th grade) and 14U (7th and 8th grade) Girls teams.
Registration Fees for 12U and 14U teams are $310.00 until 11/30/25. Thereafter, the fee will be $360.00. After the season begins, please reach out to treasurer@folsomlacrosse.org for a prorated fee schedule.
If you have multiple children playing in Folsom Youth Lacrosse (FYL), you are entitled to a discount. You will receive $25.00 off for the second child, $50.00 for the third, and $75.00 for the fourth. Please reach out to treasurer@folsomlacrosse.org for questions.
Please ensure your child has been registered with USA Lacrosse before completing registration here. You will need to your child's USA Lacrosse number to register. Please read each registration page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
